Michael Hibberd (born 3 January 1990) is an Australian rules footballer currently playing for the Essendon Football Club in the AFL.

Hibberd was drafted by Essendon in the 2010 AFL pre-season draft after his second year in the VFL, where he won the Fothergill-Round Medal as the VFL's most promising young player.[1]

Hibberd made his AFL debut against Gold Coast Suns[2] in round 6 of the 2011 season.
